What's Included in the Retreat?

  • Six days, five nights (June 4-9, 2024) food and accommodation in at our laid back and breezy oceanview villa in Praia da Luz, Portugal. This retreat is all-inclusive!

  • All of your nourishing meals at the villa - cooked with love by a local Portuguese chef team

  • Daily practices of yoga, meditation, journaling, mindfulness, and breathwork

What's an Additional Cost:

  • Your airfare to/from Portugal - reach out if you'd like help finding flights!
  • Meals outside of the retreat center
  • Alcoholic beverages - we will be alcohol-free at the retreat
  • Additional excursions not included in the daily schedule
  • Private reiki sessions or massage
  • Spending money for activities not included on our itinerary
  • Travel insurance
  • Uber or taxi rides within town
  • Transportation to/from if not arriving on June 4th and departing June 9th
  • Gratuities
